World Mental Health Day 2020 - What does kindness mean to you?

Kindness is something very basic but we all take for granted. This year, especially in the fate of our current affairs, kindness will be something that we all need to spread. Just like how a candle can spread its flame to light up other candles, let us all adopt a little kindness and PAY IT FORWARD!

Simple acts of kindness include:
- holding the door open for someone walking in after you.
- buying a bottle of cold water for those who work under the hot sun.
- praising someone who looks a little down and needs a cheer.
- give the stray dog a little pat on the head.

Spread kindness, spread happiness and spread love.
